Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Sonic Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Research and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with a global team of colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and drive sales - Research skills to gather information and resolve customer inquiries - Experience working in a remote customer service role is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Associate degree or equivalent work experience
