Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Estee Lauder, a leading global beauty company, is looking to hire a full-time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers via telephone, email, and chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Assist customers with product recommendations and information. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service. 8. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 9. Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics set by management. 10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and changing environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
