Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Celanese in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic and resourceful, with excellent presentation and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing customers. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners. 7. Assist in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives. 8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer service strategies with business goals. 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation. 10. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to service processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service or related roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits. 8. Previous experience in project management is a plus.
