Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer service and support.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with a confident and driven personality. 2. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
