Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Targa Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage and maintain customer accounts and databases. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Resourceful problem solver with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Innovative thinker with a knack for project management. 5. Experience in a customer service role is preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
