Job Description:
American Financial Group is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. As a Remote Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to answer questions and resolve issues - Assist customers with account set-up, billing inquiries, and product troubleshooting - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
