Job Description - Customer Success Assistant


Job Description:


As a Customer Success Assistant at TechnologyOne in Melbourne, Victoria, your primary responsibility will be to support our customers in achieving success with our products and services. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout their journey with TechnologyOne.


Responsibilities: - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on our products - Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently - Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Regularly update customer records and documentation for tracking purposes - Participate in customer success meetings and provide input on improving processes


Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving customer success - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
