Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a hardworking and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training on our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvements in customer experience - Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing customer success - Develop and deliver presentations to clients on product updates and best practices - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to customers - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
