Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Newell Brands is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. This is a full-time position at the associate level, and we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. 4. Manage customer accounts and track customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives. 7. Provide input on training materials and resources for customers. 8. Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful mindset to effectively solve customer problems and provide exceptional service. 2. Strong persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive product adoption. 3. Experience in project management to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
