Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Mondelez International in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate-level position, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service information to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Build strong relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty - Assist with developing and implementing customer success strategies - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with people management is a plus
