Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team at CBRE Group in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our offerings - Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Act as a leader within the team, demonstrating emotional intelligence and guiding fellow team members towards success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
