Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


HollyFrontier, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and ensuring their needs are met. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and provide solutions to help them succeed. 3. Conduct customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure they are set up for success. 4. Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems. 7. Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed to support the growth and success of the customer success team.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident attitude to effectively engage with customers and solve problems. 2. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. 3. Excellent research skills to understand customer needs and industry trends. 4. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work setting. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
