Job description:
PVH is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This role requires a high level of independence, passion, and a strong ability to research and problem-solve.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. 3. Conduct research to identify customer challenges and provide solutions to meet their needs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer success processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Excellent research and problem-solving skills. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
