Job Description:
The Customer Success Officer at United Technologies in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU will be responsible for managing the success of our customers by ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. This role will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals, and providing solutions to help them achieve success with our products and services. The Customer Success Officer will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Work closely with customers to onboard them onto our products and services - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our offerings - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback - Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of our customer success initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong leadership and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software is a plus
