Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Flight Centre Travel Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to enhance their overall experience. This position will require you to work remotely from Melbourne, Victoria, AU on a full-time basis as an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address their questions, concerns, and feedback - Provide product demonstrations and training to ensure customers are utilizing our services to their full potential - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met and issues are being resolved in a timely manner - Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, tracking customer interactions, and generating reports on customer satisfaction and usage metrics - Assist with the implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive retention and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and offerings
Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders - Experience in project management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
