Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


CarMax is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various communication channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Track and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings - Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty - Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles - Strong communication, creativity, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience working with remote teams and global customers is a plus
