Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Raytheon is looking for a motivated and driven Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn - Negotiation skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
