Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Staples. This position is full-time and allows for remote work from home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role and possess excellent decision-making and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Update customer information in the database accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
