Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use negotiation skills to handle challenging customer situations - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures - Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Negotiation and project management skills - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent
