Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Ingram Micro is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Support Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Conduct analysis and research to improve customer support processes. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7.
