Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support management, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote customer support team and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives, setting goals and ensuring they are met - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer support management - Proven track record of managing remote teams and achieving results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on innovation and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
