Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Land O’Lakes. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.


Responsibilities:


- Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing leadership and guidance to ensure excellent customer service. - Develop and implement customer support strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures related to customer support. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our service offerings.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. - Proven experience in a customer support management role. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptable and motivated mindset. - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting is a plus.
