Job description:
As a Customer Support Officer at Edison International in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate teams - Working closely with the sales team to support customer retention efforts - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Confident in your communication skills - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
