Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Suncorp Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Identify trends in customer feedback and propose solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 8. Assist in training and mentoring junior customer support team members.


Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality with excellent interpersonal skills. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently. 4. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed. 7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
