Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Owens & Minor is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on product features and benefits - Utilize company transportation to attend occasional in-person meetings or training sessions


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Presentation skills to effectively communicate product information to customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
