Job Description:


Genworth Financial is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a full-time remote position, providing the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolving customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently. - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Providing product information and guidance to customers. - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. - Utilizing negotiation skills to de-escalate challenging situations. - Demonstrating leadership qualities in handling difficult customer interactions. - Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Resourceful and dedicated approach to customer support. - Demonstrated negotiation skills and leadership qualities. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
