About the Role

We're on the hunt for an MYOB Exo Support Consultant who boasts a proven track record across diverse projects and industries. Flourish in an environment that values sharp problem-solving skills, a knack for teamwork, and the art of clear communication. As one of the faces of our customer support ninja's, you'll tackle challenges head-on, providing:

- Expert support via phone, email, and in-person interactions,

- Answers to 'how to' queries, data analysis, and software troubleshooting,

- Coordination and execution of software and system upgrades,

- Swift escalation of complex technical issues to our Senior Technical Team for resolution.

Join Our Team If You Have:

- Solid MYOB EXO ERP expertise or experience in an ERP Support Role,

- Qualifications in Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field,

- A confident approach to client engagement and stellar communication skills,

- A background in Accounting/finance,

- The drive to take initiative as a self-starter,

- Proficiency with CRM's, Databases, SQL, Reporting,

- A shared zeal for exceptional customer service, aiming to surpass expectations.

We also value:

- Experience in crafting Business Process Mapping documentation,

- Proficiency in SQL scripts and queries,

- Skills in Report-Writing using tools like Crystal reports.
