Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: Lowe’s is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, independent, and possess strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchasing decisions - Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Basic knowledge of home improvement products is a plus - Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
