Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Frontier Communications is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time, work from home position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat support team and ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to all of our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates - Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Respond to escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and optimize processes - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in live chat support


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
