Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Officer at Mohawk Industries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat communication. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Answer customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Research product information to provide accurate and relevant responses - Communicate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer service - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong research skills to quickly find and relay accurate information to customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
