Nearmap is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients through live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner - Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support - Utilize strategic planning to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
