Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team at Performance Food Group in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on product selection based on their needs - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and able to quickly learn new systems and processes - Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively - Proficiency in using chat software and other customer service tools - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
