Job Description:
Whole Foods Market is seeking a proactive and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our online customer accounts and ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online customer accounts, including addressing account-related issues and inquiries promptly and effectively - Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Provide support and guidance to the customer support team to ensure excellent customer service standards are met - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online customer accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and identify trends - Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus
