Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Target in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level Online Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts and provide support for any inquiries or issues that may arise - Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and troubleshooting any technical difficulties - Work closely with the online sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner - Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall online shopping experience for our customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to continuously improve our online services - Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry - Hardworking and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
