Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Weyerhaeuser in Adelaide, South Australia. This full-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide customer support and assistance with inquiries or issues - Input and maintain customer information in the company database - Conduct data analysis and report findings to management - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred - Australian residency or valid work permit
