Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

BigCommerce is seeking a talented Online Call Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and general troubleshooting - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking to identify and solve complex problems efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex problems - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
