Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, passionate, and possess excellent project management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. 3. Process online orders, reservations, and payments accurately. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues. 6. Utilize technology and company resources to assist customers effectively. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
