Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


SafetyCulture is seeking an Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online products - Providing product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs - Documenting and updating customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
