Job Description - Online Chat Support Specialist


Job Description:


AbbVie is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers regarding product information, technical issues, and general inquiries - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently - Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Make informed decisions to provide the best possible solutions for customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online chat support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Driven and motivated individual who takes initiative to solve problems - Proficiency in project management and decision-making - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Flexible working hours to accommodate customer needs - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
