Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Maintain and update client databases with accurate and current information. 3. Assist in creating and distributing online marketing materials to attract and retain clients. 4. Monitor online client feedback and reviews, and address any issues or concerns promptly. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online client experience. 6. Generate reports and analyze data related to online client relations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional online presence. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online customer relationship management platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
