Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking an Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client relations. The successful candidate will have a resilient and motivated personality, excellent teamwork and strategic planning skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online channels - Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance the client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - 1+ year of experience in client relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms - Resilient and motivated attitude towards client feedback and challenges - Team player with strong strategic planning skills
