Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Broadcom in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online client service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, being both hardworking and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online platforms - Assist clients with product information, orders, and general inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to improve our online client service processes

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online client service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using online communication platforms - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
