Job Description - Online Client Service Officer

We are seeking a passionate and reliable individual to join our team as an Online Client Service Officer at Exelon in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is an entry-level position with 1 year of experience required.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address client concerns effectively - Make informed decisions to best serve clients and uphold company standards - Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling client information - Keep up-to-date with products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues


Requirements: - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering quality work - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Effective decision-making skills to resolve issues and meet client needs - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
