Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Online Client Service Officer to join our team at VF in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online customer service to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service. 7. Contribute to the development of new client service strategies. 8. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Confidence in dealing with clients and resolving issues effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
