Job Description:
Time Warner is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery to clients - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction - Analyze data and create reports to track client trends and preferences - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive client engagement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative services to clients - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Resilient and confident, with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Prior experience in online client services or customer support is preferred - A keen interest in the digital landscape and technology advancements
