Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Assistant in Sydney, New South Wales. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Answer client inquiries and provide solutions to any issues they may experience - Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting technical problems - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor and respond to client reviews and feedback - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality - Strong leadership and persuasion skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
