Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Office Depot is seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our online clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally. 2. Assist clients with navigating our online platforms and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for clients from online inquiries to purchasing products or services. 4. Monitor client feedback and complaints, working to resolve issues and improve the overall online client experience. 5. Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing online tools and resources effectively. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with other departments to improve online client support processes and systems. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online client support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 4. Excellent planning and critical thinking skills. 5. Knowledge of online platforms and proficiency in using various software applications. 6. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
