Online Contact Center Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team at NGL Energy Partners in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Contact Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via various online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate responses to all customer inquiries. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining customer databases and tracking customer interactions for analysis.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable to ever-changing online platforms, and have a strong ability to work well within a team. Strategic planning skills are also important as you will be required to assist in developing and implementing online customer service strategies.
