Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Loews is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Using creativity to develop solutions for customer problems - Making quick and effective decisions to meet customer needs - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Updating customer records and information accurately in the company database - Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills - Providing feedback to management on ways to improve customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to handle changing customer needs and priorities - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
