Online Customer Service Officer

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and telephone - Providing information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes - Assisting customers with policy renewals, payments, and changes to their accounts - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation in customer service practices

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email systems, and telephone systems - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proven track record of problem-solving and conflict resolution - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
